Full Circle Respite is a worker-owned cooperative program thoughtfully designed to provide opportunities for tailored growth and knowledge. We will provide neurodivergent clients aged 5-25 years old and their personal social systems with opportunities to enhance daily living skills, encourage emotional adaptation, and build a foundation for healthy relationships through 1:1 respite services. Our staff will be committed to guiding clients through appropriate involvement in their community, ensuring our services are truly Full Circle. In addition to these services we will host small group sessions focused on a variety of specialized and sustainable topics. Through this work, we inspire confidence in their limitless potential. Incorporating as a worker owned cooperative allows member owners to have more investment and say in the daily operations of client services. We believe that higher quality jobs create high quality and reliable care for our clients long term. At the program's foundation, we have built pillars of values focusing on ethical practices, professionalism, collaboration, compassionate care, curiosity, and dignity for all. Full Circle Respite envisions a world where children and young adults are empowered to achieve their goals while being supported by a strong community and dedicated professionals who adapt to meet their needs.
