What is a Cooperative?

So now that you've read about our program and what we offer for clients, you may be thinking, what even is a worker-owned coop exactly? 

A Worker-Owned Coop is a business that is entirely owned and managed by it's employees. 

At Full Circle Respite we have thoughtfully determined a pathway to membership for employees. After a probationary period and required hours worked at Full Circle Respite, employees will become eligible to apply for membership. Workplaces that invest in their staff’s development and happiness also foster quality care for clients and this is a core value of ours that we promote. 

Members will be eligible for certain perks after being part worker-owners! Members are allowed to have further voice and choice in company decisions, have the ability to obtain equity in the company, serve on committees, and vote for Board of Director members.
